About Rain or Shine Counselling

Rain or Shine Counselling is owned by myself Kirsty, I am a person-centred counselling service and I am based in Sunderland.  I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and trusting environment for my clients. I incorporate techniques from various counselling approaches that aims to help clients overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and grief.

 

Counselling sessions are offered face to face, via telephone, and through video calls. Additionally, I provide online resources, workshops and group therapy.

 

I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages, and I hold an individual membership for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I stand out for a compassionate and empowering approach. Along with supporting network expansion by working with other likeminded counsellors.
